Our breakfast themes are delivered and setup by one of our catering representatives. The setup is a buffet style setup. We can setup in disposable aluminum pans with wire chaffers and drop off or in stainless steel chaffers and a catering rep will stay and service the event. Our portions include (2) eggs per person, (2) strips of bacon per person, (2) sausage patties per person, (1) slice of ham if included (4) oz. of potatoes and (1) piece of bread per person.
